Sono aperte le iscrizioni per candidarsi alla residenza artistica che animerà, a fine luglio, a Civitaretenga nel Comune di Navelli, la festa finale di Creativity ON - VENtures To Unabandoned Spaces (COnVenTUS), progetto di rigenerazione urbana attraverso l'arte partecipata promosso dalla Direzione Generale Creatività Contemporanea del Ministero della Cultura. Il progetto è realizzato da un partenariato composto da Coooperativa di Comunità Oro Rosso, Comune di Navelli, Università degli Studi dell’Aquila, Teatro Stabile d’Abruzzo e Fondazione Silvio Salvatore Sarra ed è supportato da Federazione Nazionale Arti in Strada, Outdoor Arts. Circo di Doc Servizi e TeatroVagante.
COnVenTUS prevede un fitto programma di eventi: laboratori di teatro di comunità, residenze artistiche, giornate di studio, realizzazione di installazioni di arte contemporanea, un viaggio d’arte aperto a partecipanti da tutta Italia. Tutte le attività si svolgono nell’ex convento di Sant’Antonio di Civitaretenga in provincia dell'Aquila.
L'evento finale, una festa-spettacolo che coinvolgerà i partecipanti alla residenza artistica e gli abitanti del paese, è in programma sabato 20 luglio 2024. La partecipazione alla residenza artistica è libera e gratuita.
I termini per presentare la domanda di partecipazione scadono il 20 maggio 2024.

The project is carried out by a partnership made up of the Oro Rosso Community Cooperative, the Municipality of Navelli, the University of L'Aquila, the Teatro Stabile d'Abruzzo and the Silvio Salvatore Sarra Foundation and is supported by the National Federation of Street Arts, Outdoor Arts. Circus by Doc Servizi and TeatroVagante. CONVenTUS includes a busy program of events: community theater workshops, artistic residencies, study days, creation of contemporary art installations, an art journey open to participants from all over Italy. All activities take place in the former convent of Sant'Antonio di Civitaretenga in the province of L'Aquila.
The final event, a party-show that will involve the participants in the artistic residency and the inhabitants of the town, is scheduled for Saturday 20 July 2024. Participation in the artistic residency is free.
